Heart Chakra Yoga & Sound Bath

Let's Journey through the Heart togehter! Join Valery Soltis and Shanna Snowden for an evening of healing, release and renewal. Through a Chakra Yoga flow, Valery will move energy to your heart center, eliciting neurogenic tremors to clear tension and trauma patterns from the body. Shanna Snowden will use sound therapy to assist in the clearing and then you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation to experience a full sound journey. Mark your calendar and sign up in advance. Ticket sales are limited to 20 guests. This 2.5hr event will take place the 2nd Saturday of each month at Renegade Yoga center. The chakra focus will shift every couple of months. This is a sober event, focusing on spending our free time healing, being in community, and collectively raising our vibration. Bring your friends and loved ones and make a night of it! The next event is Saturday, April 8th at 6pm. Please arrive at 5:45 to check in and settle in. We will begin promplty at 6pm. The suggested donation is $35, but students and those in recovery, and/or financial hardship, please join us and contribute at a reduced rate.
