Heart Chakra Yoga & Sound Bath

Would you like to feel light and free, full of love and full of life? Join Valery Soltis and Mary Conroy for an evening of healing, release and renewal. Through a Chakra Yoga flow, Valery will focus on moving energy to your heart center, and will end the practice with bio-energetic grounding exercises to clear tension and trauma  due to grief, loss, resentment and judgement. This purging will allow space for cultivating acceptance, gratitude and a lightness of being. As you ease into an hour of deep Theta rest, receiving Mary's sound bath, you will be encouraged to work with an intention to rewrite those neural pathways. Mark your calendar and sign up in advance. Ticket sales are limited. This 2.5hr event will take place the 2nd Saturday of each month at Renegade Yoga center. The chakra focus will shift every couple of months. This is a sober event, focusing on spending our free time healing, being in community, and collectively raising our vibration. Bring your friends and loved ones and make a night of it! The next event is Saturday, February 11th. The suggested donation is $35, but students and those in recovery, and/or financial hardship, please join us and pay what you can.
