If coming by Plane:

3:00 PM - Pick up at McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville Tennessee) - Flight must arrive before 2:30 PM

4:00 PM - Arrive at Seven Springs Retreat Center

If coming by Car:

4:00 PM - Arrive at Seven Springs Retreat Center (there will be plenty of parking available)

Day One:

5:30 PM - Welcome Circle, Introductions, Creating a Sacred Space

7:00 PM - Dinner

8:30 PM - Fire Ceremony and Sacred Sounds

Day Two:

9:00 AM - Breakfast

10:00 AM - Root Chakra Workshop: Connecting with Your Body

1:00 PM - Lunch

2:00 PM - Free Time

3:30 PM - Root Chakra Yoga Practice

5:00 PM - Free Time

7:00 PM - Dinner

8:30 PM - Yoga Nidra

9:00 AM - Breakfast

10:00 AM - Walk in the Woods and Sacred Sounds

11:30 AM - Root Chakra Workshop: Connecting with Your Spirit

1:00 PM - Lunch

2:00 PM - Free Time

3:30 PM - Chakra Yoga Practice: Rising Up

5:00 PM - Sitting with the Fire

7:00 PM - Sweatlodge

10:00 PM - Feast

8:30 AM - Closing Circle

11:00 AM - Leave for airport
