“What’s Up Down There?”
Join me, Valery Soltis, for an afternoon of exploring the mysteries of the Pelvic floor. An energy healer once told me that she was quite certain she had discovered the answers to the universe in her pelvic floor. Over time and deep exploration of my own root chakra, I have discovered that my dear friend was correct. I too discovered the answers to the universe down there. The emotional challenge to overcome in the root chakra is fear and anxiety. The gem of the root chakra is freedom from fear and the answers to the universal questions: 'Who am I?' and 'Why am I here?" When I am grounded, I know exactly who I am and why I am here.
