Through a Chakra Yoga flow, Valery will focus on moving energy to your heart center, and will end the practice with bio-energetic grounding exercises to clear tension and trauma  due to grief, loss, resentment and judgement. This purging will allow space for cultivating acceptance, gratitude and a lightness of being.
